Attach a resistance band (not included) to your VPX Power Throwing Trainer and place onto your index and middle fingers. Get into a throwing or pitching stride position. Work your entire throwing motion mechanics. Now, outstretch your arm to train your fingers and wrist flexors. Do it overhand and underhand.
